Northlakes Church PlantNorthlakes Church is our first Church plant and is now over 10 years old! There is slow and steady growth and we know that it is only a matter of time before it will be self sustaining. The next Church plant is right around the corner as we receive more workers ready to make a difference downunder!

Quest YouthQuest Youth runs two important ministries. The first is weekly youth group during the school term. We support and encourage the next generation to think about what a life with Jesus would be like all while having a ton of fun. The second is Quest Youth Camp which happens each year and allows youth to get away from it all, have fun and look at our Quest to enter a relationship with Jesus.

Scripture in SchoolsMinistry to children is very important and we do this is a couple of ways. Nate McGlumphry is our Children's Minister and Coordinator. Nate runs a children's church program at Northlakes Church as well as oversees our Scripture in Schools program. This program allows us to go into our local primary school and teach relevant Scripture lessons each week. We teach over 500 students each week!

![]() ACM Changing!
ACM is changing!! If there is one thing I have learned in doing this kind of work is that things change! This has been a season of change for us as we will say farewell to the Bolligs in the coming weeks. They will be headed to New Zealand which is not far but far enough that we will miss seeing and working alongside them. They have impacted the ministry here in so many ways! They taught all of us how to love others better and to spend time pouring ourselves into the lives of those we would like to see come to Jesus. Nathan who Lynne and I have known since he was in High School has grown and has become such an affective leader. We can’t wait to see how God will use them in New Zealand!! We know this won’t be the end of our relationship but they will be sorely missed and we honour them for their work and dedication to the Mission. We have so many great memories of the time they have spent here...the fun and games but also the time spent in prayer and mindfulness of how to fulfill His Mission here in Australia. The life and breath of ACM is better for having them be a part of us. We send them out not alone but with the strength and confidence that our heavenly Father gives us, the promise that He will never leave us or forsake us and that He will always provide for us. We know that ACM and the Bolligs will continue to plant the seeds of the Gosple! Will you join us in praying for that in the life of the Mission? Lynne and I have been in the US for the last several weeks!!! It has been soo nice to have a break and see our kids/grandkids. Lynne and I have been praying about this next season in our lives and asking God to direct our paths. We don't have everything figured out but one thing that came from our time away was that God was leading us to beef up our financial support. I know it is hard to hear but we are getting older and with all that is happening with ACM it is becoming clear that we need to concentrate on directing the mission as it grows! Soooo we are kicking off a support raising campaign called the Next25! The idea is that we are looking for 25 supporters willing to give $100 a month to set us up for the next 25 years of ministry.....assuming God allows us good health!!! Will you prayerfully consider supporting us? Will you be one of the 25!!! Look out for regular updates! If you know of a small group or Church please share with them our need. I will be posting some easy ways to give very soon but if you would like start right away please let us know and you can begin sending your support to our forwarding agent!
NOTE: the update on Next25 is that we only need 6 more supporters at any level to achieve our goal. If you are not already a financial partner please prayerfully consider joining with us. ![]() G'day ACM Prayer Warriors!!
Most of you are aware of the Kookaburra cabin and what a true blessing it has been to the ministry we do. It has housed interns, full time workers, camp speakers, even some of you who have come to see us!!! UPDATE: We took the time over lockdown and restrictions to finish up the Sleepy Wombat and it is 100% done. We have used it already for last years interns, speakers for camp, and family visiting!!! We have stopped doing Airbnb as Lynne was diagnosed with Osteoporosis. This will allow the cabins to be open more during the year for the Lord to bring us folks to bless. We already have a full year planned with a media/prayer team visiting in March, then our son Josh and his family in May....interns in June/July...Quest Camp speaker in Oct...then Ashley from the Shreveport Church will bring a group in Oct/Nov!! These cabins have been a great investment and are blessing many people that are doing kingdom work. Lynne and I feel so blessed to share them with others so if you would like to come visit us, being an encouragement to the work here and see what we do then please let us know so we can block off the cabins for you to use. :) |
